After a while in Gaya Street, we took a cab to Philipine Market at around 11am. Cab charge at MYR10.
In Philipine Market, bought ikan masin terubuk, dried squids, amplang (squid flavoured dried balls for snack), dried prawns, kuih cincin sarawak and salted kurau fish...souvenirs for the family back in KL. No shots taken here as I was so engrossed with varieties sold here including the multi-coloured attractive pearls, local multi-designed bags of all shape and size you name it!...not forgetting that I managed to get chopsticks as a souvenir for dear chinese buddies...
In the afternoon...Returning to hotel to check out, we decided to have our lunch after checking-in at our next selected accommodation for our final night in Kota Kinabalu...Nexus Resort & Spa, Karambunai.
