Transportation...Quite a humid weather. All-around perspiration even at a stationary mode...phew!...At a strike of 10am, off to the airport.
When on board, looking for my seat...
"...aa...hi sir, is this your seat?..".
"..aa..aa...my seat."
"...could u check ur ticket sir..."
"...ya ya...here..."
"...owh ok, then..."
It seems to have a clash on seats that i have to get the assistance of the FA. Hee...the uncle had seated himself on our seats. I guess he wasn't sure of his...no prob uncle...
Depart time as stated on the ticket was at 12.50pm. In actual fact, was at 1.05pm. A group of passengers had changed their mind not to board the plane after boarding.
"...this would take about 7 to 10 minutes as they need to clear off their baggage checked-in earlier...soon after that, we would be ready to take off..."...says the captain on board.
Touched down at about 3.30pm at KK airport. Got the airport cab to Novotel 1Borneo hotel at MYR50. Took about 20 minutes there.
Accommodation...We took the Superior room with King size bed. I managed to reserve the room at MYR150 per nite (excluding the govt & service tax at 16%) via the online reservation of Novotel website. It is very much cheaper as compared to the rate via call to the reception desk.
18th floor, premier floor. Room 1819. Room was less spacious. Limited walking space. New, modern and contemporary fittings. Just with a glass panel behind the curtains, with no balcony. Nice for two occupants.
The workdesk is reasonable but perhaps not that practical as the design was with the joining of two separate structures. It is so maybe to accommodate itself into a medium size room.

Evening walk and dinner at Sutera Harbour Resort...After some time rest, we took a cab from the hotel to Sutera Harbour Resort for our dinner. Charge was at MYR35 one way. Total dinner MYR141.50 with drinks.

While we were digging in the food, a trio appeared singing us a song. They went on with an ever green number. After dinner and a stroll at the resort, we return to our hotel. Cab charged at MYR35.
